This 4th cruise, although the positives are many, but here I am mentioning ONLY the negatives and why we are disappointed and dissatisfied so people can make an informed decision for their future cruise or which stateroom to pick and for the company to IMPROVE and CORRECT the mistakes that we had to experience. Our last 3 cruises affirmed that, and we were very satisfied and actually impressed. because it meets our lifestyle sort of relaxing and luxury and we do not mind paying the hefty price for that.
Before I start with the details of the disappointment, I just want to mention that we picked Celebrity Cruise Co.
This was our 4th celebrity cruise at “Retreat Category/Suites” and most probably will be the last.
